Global Institute For Tomorrow

Leads the organisation's regional strategy, government partnerships and multilateral engagements across Southeast Asia, building transformative leadership ecosystems and aligning corporate and government strategy with equitable development, sustainability and human-capital advancement. The portfolio spans ASEAN, South Asia and the Middle East, with ministries, government-linked companies and leading corporations in energy, finance, AI governance and economic diversification.

  • Government partnerships. Direct collaborations with Malaysia's Prime Minister's Office, CIMB, PETRONAS, TNB and MRANTI to co-design leadership and skills programmes.
  • Public-sector leadership. Designed the Transformative Leadership Programme (TLP), with rollout planned in Malaysia and ASEAN.
  • AI readiness. Developed and launched the GIFT AI Leadership Studio, the first of its kind in the world.

  • Regional policy integration. Positioned GIFT within ASEAN's ecosystem through policy dialogues, cross-border programmes and initiatives supporting ASEAN Community Vision 2045, the UN SDGs and BRICS+ cooperation.
  • International collaboration. Initiated intergovernmental partnerships, including the proposed international Economic Enhancement Programme, positioning Malaysia and GIFT as regional champions in global training for governance, diversification and inclusive growth.
  • Institutional partnerships. Secured and structured MoUs with universities, development agencies and corporations across ASEAN.
  • Programme delivery. Oversaw the flagship Global Leadership Programme (GLP) across Asia, with participants from Southeast Asian countries tackling real policy and sustainability challenges.

Managed every component of EmPOWER, a four-level programme that hones students' soft skills and prepares graduates to stand out in an uncertain world. Under this leadership it raised more than RM 300,000 over three years to support over ten IMPACT Partners, aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goal 8.

  • Fundraising and partnerships. Raised close to RM 300,000 with partners including the Nicol David Organisation, Diveheart and EPIC Homes.
  • Recognition. Led the programme to a project award for Heriot-Watt and a BMCC shortlisting for best partnership-based project.
  • Scale. Introduced a cloud points system for more than 1,000 students.

Led the project management office, managing stakeholder partnerships and business development to make education accessible to Malaysia's middle class, and adapting corporate training to advanced technology through SOLS SMART.

  • Partnerships. Brought in Foodpanda and the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation through the National Tech Sandbox initiative.
  • Financial. Secured RM 700,000 worth of projects.
  • Technology. Integrated AI and machine learning into education platforms, improving learning outcomes for over 10,000 users.

Government · STEM

Akademi Harimau Asia (Ministry of Youth and Sports)

Developed educational programmes, managed stakeholders, assessed funding and kept online and offline engagement active, advancing STEM education across Malaysia.

  • Community. Led EDU+, free high-quality STEM education for 300+ public-school students with 100 classes a month in science, mathematics and chemistry.
  • Efficiency. Managed more than ten projects, producing over RM 3 million in savings for the organisation.
  • Policy. Spearheaded Communities For Tomorrow (C4T), with forums, policy roundtables and focus groups bridging the arts and sciences.

  • Cloud project management. Implemented cloud-based learning management systems that carried STEM education to remote areas through the pandemic.
  • Financial management. Controlled budgets to deliver timely, quality content with significant cost savings.

Cenergi SEA Sdn Bhd

Worked across Malaysia and Southeast Asia on energy efficiency and renewable energy: market assessment for investment, ecosystem development, strategic partnerships, business development and the full project lifecycle.

  • Value created. Energy audits and a multimillion-dollar programme that removed 75 MW of energy demand and delivered over RM 80 million in savings for commercial and institutional building owners.
  • Award. Best Energy Savings Performance Agreement, National Energy Awards 2020.
  • Range. Solar, smart buildings, electric vehicles, energy storage and green technology.
